Favicon

This is the image I have created using Adobe Illustrator to use for my favicon. On uploading these illustrator images to my blog I can clearly see that the reds do not match nicely. Therefor before finishing the banner and this image for my favicon, I am going to adjust the colours to make sure they match perfectly to create a more professional appearance.

Progress of my Banner

This is my starting point, I began to draw a red post box to represent my blog name, from this I am going to include the title below, add more birds and create a more united image when it is complete. Updates will be included following the production of my logo and banner. The queens head in the corner I will be sing in read for my favicon which will appear next to the website url.

Illustrator

I have been experimenting with Adobe Illustrator CS5.1. I am extremely new to this program, and this is my first attempt at drawing using this software. I really enjoyed using Illustrator and think it would be very useful in the future, and useful within this module. I experimented with this software, getting used to the mechanics of it and working my way around to program. This is my experiment:

From experimenting to get this image I have decided to create my own logo for this blog. Illustrator is a vector based graphics editor and allows the image to be printed or enlarged to any size without pixelating. This image has a smooth graphic finish which I really like, I could also use this to draw my own diagrams and illustrations towards my final presentation as it allows versatility and a clean finish.
