In a class discussion we considered many topics which could be assessed through our networks such as transport, sexuality, the Olympics, weight, appearances, race, drugs and many more. I chose a few questions which could be relevant to our day:

• Is the English Language dead?
• Are Children Growing up too Fat?
• What is the correct age to have children?
• Same Sex Parenting and Marriages.

• Cosmetic Surgery.

Thinking deeper and relating to my previous post, I have decided on my own topic for discussion:

Is Age Really Just a Number?

Many people consider age to be a physical attachment which is simply used to show how long a person has been alive, while debating that it doesn't make a difference to you as a person, it's all about individuality at the end of the day. While others feel you need to act your age. Take the previous post, Lisa Woodman was described as being too old for the clothes she wore, but what makes someone 'too old' for something, is it there age, the way they look or does it even matter? Why should this number be such an issue?

"Too Old to Wear that Get-Up"

Reading this article along with others made me question, 'Is Age Really Just a Number?'. 28 year old mother, Lisa Woodman has been bared from three venues in Worcester after being told she is too old to wear the clothes she does. All three clubs, Mode, Tramps and Velvet owned by the same company say the ban will remain active until she tones down her wardrobe. Lisa had said that young girls who were wearing far less were allowed straight in. At the age of 28 still considered young to many, why is this not acceptable? Is she really mutton dressed as lamb?
